INTRODUCTION TO DRAMATHERAPY
The
course will develop your understanding of Dramatherapy and demonstrate its
benefit to a wide variety of client groups (i.e. children, those with learning
difficulties or mental health disorders). Although the core philosophy of the
approach draws on Gestalt and Psychodynamic principals, all course participants
will be invited to explore and discuss how their own personal philosophy or
psychotherapeutic approach can be enriched by Dramatherapy’s constructs.
The learning focus on the course is highly experiential and could be life
changing and enhancing.

WOMEN IN DANGER SEMINAR
The Seminar is a unique opportunity to meet with and discuss issues around Domestic Violence, and its varied manifestations, with experts in the field and survivors who have escaped Domestic/cultural violence.

ASSERTIVENESS
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning techniques in assertion. We will define and recognize the different dynamics of passive, aggressive and assertive behaviors and identify specific barriers to being assertive and develop an awareness of body language. We will explore how we can get our message across while understanding the value and importance of listening to others.

TIME MANAGEMENT
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to improve their time management skills. We will be addressing typical barriers to managing time and learn how to develop self management skills in order to take control of our lives. As well as looking at time management tools and theories we will also explore our personal blocks. We will gain understanding of how we can be more effective in organising our lives and achieving our goals.

STRESS MANAGEMENT
This workshop is for those who would like to gain knowledge and techniques for managing stress, either in the workplace, or for individual purposes, We will be identifying the emotional and physical symptoms of stress and how this affects our well being. This workshop is for individuals who would like to develop skills in delivering presentations. You will learn how to prepare for a presentation, recognize different types of presentations and identify the needs of an audience. We will explore individual styles of presenting and methods of delivery while avoiding common mistakes. You will receive guidance on how to manage anxiety and discover how to make an impact with your presentation.
